Magniture was first introduced to us about 2 years ago, as a new start-up company that aimed to make large properties more energy-efficient and thus save money for the companies and organizations that own them. At the time (2009) we were also a fresh business, just opening up our services as a new firm. We understood the importance of not just having a website that was “shiny”, but something that converted.
It wasn’t until late Summer of 2011 that we completed a full redesign of the website. We started from scratch, meticulously planning out each and every aspect of the website and its objectives, just as we always do. We identified the target audience – people and organizations that own large properties – and strategically mapped out the best method to ending up with a lead. In this case, Magniture targets the decision-maker. He or she would be the President, CEO or otherwise in upper management, and wouldn’t be looking only for a few cool graphics but for actual data and information that would show exactly how they would save money by working with Magniture.
